The manager, Naomi, was so helpful and kind. The detailed city map provided was extremely useful. The cleaning service was prompt and the sheets and towels were spotless. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and the room had ample heating. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city. The code system for door entry was convenient for travelers. Highly recommended!

The Citadel By Pillow is a great choice for a stay in the city center. The hotel's location is perfect, just steps away from all the tourist sights and right opposite the San Miguel market. The staff is commendable, with Elena being particularly helpful and informative. The rooms are comfortable and come with basic amenities like tea and coffee, a bathroom, and even some water. Plus, the added bonus of breakfast included ensures a great start to the day.

The location of the hotel is superb, secure, and right in the center of Madrid. It is close to all the main attractions and within walking distance to Sol, Opera, and Callao metro stations. The staff members are friendly and helpful, always available at the front desk. The rooms are spacious, equipped with AC, and offer a comfortable stay.

The rooms were surprisingly spacious and comfortable. The decor was nice and the staff were helpful. I also appreciated that towels were provided and there were kettle, tea, and coffee packs available in the room. The location was a major advantage as it was within a short walking distance from the main square and metro stations.

Instead, you had to buzz the door to enter the building and reception was located on the first floor. when I returned late at night, I had trouble finding lights in the hallways and the entrance itself was not easily noticeable, just a doorway.
